1. License and Usage

VantaClient grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software.
• Distribute or sell the software without explicit permission.
• Use the software to gain an unfair advantage in online play (cheating).

2. Virtual Goods (Cosmetics)

VantaClient offers virtual goods (cosmetics) for purchase. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that:

• Cosmetics are virtual items with no real-world value.
• All sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion.
• Cosmetics are tied to your Minecraft account and cannot be transferred to other users (except through the official gifting feature).

3. User Conduct

You agree to use VantaClient in compliance with the rules of the servers you play on. We are not responsible for any bans or disciplinary actions taken against your Minecraft account by third-party servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

VantaClient is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall VantaClient or its creators be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
